He is a broker representing many different insurance companies.Specializing in health insurance has given Peter a deep understanding of the health insurance business. He has seen many companies come and go and is better aware, than most, of the pitfalls that can befall consumers if they choose the wrong plan or company. He does not see himself as a salesman, but rather as an educator. He loves to explain how health insurance plans work, pointing out not only the strengths, but also the weaknesses of plans. His firm belief is that a well educated consumer is able to select a plan that works best for his or her individual needs, without pressure on the agent's part. Using those skills daily in her position as office manager, she coordinates multiple tasks from processing applications to answering policy holder questions to fixing problems, and much more. When you have a servicing problem, claims issue, or a question, she is ready to help. She is experienced in dealing with the various departments within large insurance companies. This means she knows how to expedite many requests.
